Hi Guys. I too am having a problem locating the serial number. I hold down the 1 and 6 buttons and the data below is what follows. There is no series of number beginning with the letter M (which is what most people are getting). Any ideas?? If I do need to remove the radio, how do I do it (can I??) ...
