Is this equal to RDS 4000? Or could it be the wrong label?

I digged it out from the panel M014775 with the use of 4 sawblades.

The nr i wrote was the end of my chassis nr. That was the only nr i found in my papers that resembled other nrs on the forum. If it were zero what would the code be? ive tried 1234 1111 0000 and a nr one have to code keys to the car. ive also tried to get the Mnr from the stereo by pressing 1,6 and ...
