"No serial number" comes up on screen. Label on side shows serial number as M291617

Should have put it is a Ford 6000 CD head unit with the cddj on the left.

Hi I hope someone can help. Just bought this car and the head unit shows enter code. Tried the pressing 6 and 1 and it comes up "no serial code". The lists the codes below. Can I still get a code?
