FORD V SERIAL NUMBER CODES

If your radio has the Ford V Serial Number then it will not normally be available for free as access is required to the Ford factory database (unless you can blag it for free from Ford)

The number is not correct for radio code

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

Radio removal instructions can be found here

Please can anyone help me with a code for V045744. Garage fitted a new pollen filter and apparently have to remove the battery for this. Oh and I have lost my code - presume it was on a card at some stage, I have the books in the little black zip up wallet but cant find it in these.
Thanks everyone.

Sorry-----Your code is NOT in the free database

If your radio has the Ford V Serial Number ( and you have checked the small free database at the top /1st message of this Forum ) then it will not normally be available for free as access is required to the Ford factory database (unless you can blag it for free from Ford)
