Radio code ford fiesta help !!

Hi guys I just got a new clutch & the garage cut my electric
I have tried th code in th back of my manual but this is incorrect. Can anyone help at all? Would b greatly appreciated.
I have a ford fiesta 04 plate car & the code in th book is 8214

Here are the ford 4 digit code entry instructions.

Current Four Digit Ford Radio Codes
Ford 3000 Traffic, 4000RDS, 5000RDS, 6000RDS, 6006E, etc

Switch the radio on and the word CODE should appear in the display

Repeatedly press button 1 until the correct first digit of the code is displayed.
Repeatedly press button 2 until the correct second digit of the code is displayed.
Repeatedly press button 3 until the correct third digit of the code is displayed.
Repeatedly press button 4 until the correct fourth digit of the code is displayed.
Once the code supplied is showing on the radio's display,
press button 5 to activate the radio.

Hi again how do I get my radio to say "code" so I can put in th
Code you kindly gave me? At th moment it counts down
From 30 mins & then resets & counts 30 mins again.
Any help would b great .
