Hi, is there any way of finding the stereo serial code without removing the stereo. I do not have the keys to remove it. Or do i need the serial number to to get the code

you need a serial number
It requires the NUMBER of correct radio code usually starts with M or V followed by six digits ... V654321 times as M654321 or pressing buttons 6 and 1 together or 6 and 2 will show the number Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and publish the SERIAL NUMBER is located on a label on the housing of radio removal instructions can be found here www.fitaudio.com/index.php?CategoryID=13

FORD V SERIAL NUMBER CODES

If your radio has the Ford V Serial Number then it will not normally be available for free as access is required to the Ford factory database (unless you can blag it for free from Ford)
