Iv tried pressing 6 and 1 and 6 2 but the serial number does not come up and i wouldnt have a clue how to remove the radio

I tried an app that claims to give the codes if you provide serial number... but it doesn't work.
My serial number is off their database, which is logical since I have never entered it...

So, the serial number is V015202 or at least I think so.

I hold 1 and 6 and a lot of data comes up. The one under SN is a very long chain of numbers and letters that ENDS on V015202.

So what do I do now?

If your radio has the Ford V Serial Number then it will not normally be available for free as access is required to the Ford factory database (unless you can blag it for free from Ford)
