Thanks very much. but just tried it and it says incorrect could you get me a new one please really dont know why it says incorrect i typed everything right hmmm
hi newbie here i changed the battery and now have to mess about with resetting the radio i don't have a code in the manual i don't have the removal tool for the radio to get the serial number and i have tried pressing 6 & 1 and releasing 6 with no joy of anything that looks remotely like a serial number ;( any help gladly and urgently needed thanks guys

9925 has been checked and is the correct code for the Serial Number you quoted M070027.
Check this number again by removing the radio from the dashboard to read the Serial Number printed on the label on the metal casing

No Serial Number on the display means that the radio has to be removed from the dashboard to read the number printed on the label on the metal casing.
