Hi, I have had my alternator go a few weeks ago and the radio needs code putting in but I didn't get one when I bought it from dealers, rang them and they gave a code they had on there records but it didn't work so would be really grateful if anyone could help me out finding the correct code for me, I haven't come across anyone else that has got this sort of serial number GLJ586937 the radio is a Sony model CD3XX
Please help as I need to have some music on rather than listening to the Mrs lol
Many thanks

If your radio has the Ford V Serial Number ( and you have checked the small free database at the top /1st message of this Forum ) then it will not normally be available for free as access is required to the Ford factory database (unless you can blag it for free from Ford)
A recommended honest and reliable place is here
http://ukbookshelf.co.uk/fordv
Otherwise try your Ford Dealer or a Radio Decoding Service
