I pressed 1/6 buttons and got 070019 so I assume this is the serial number less the M so typed that in on puma people and got the code 1600 but this does not work .if that clearly is not my code could someone assist me and possibly provide me with the correct one with the serial number m070019 many thanks

Make sure you are quoting the correct Serial Number as any numbers found in car documents , audio guides etc. are often incorrect.

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing
