Hi there, please could someone help me out with my code for my ford focus.

part number is 5M5T-18C815-EE
serial number on the radio is : 223379370910

i'm not sure why i dont have a 7 digit serial number, but i swear this is the serial number printed on the radio. I haven't been able to find any codes for this anywhere online please help if you can.

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a Ford code

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

I removed the radio from the dash and this is the sticker on the bottom of it. Se pic below:

I just dont know how to find the correct serial number because there is no M or V number on the radio at all.

Unfortunately this is a FORD SAM radio made by Sanyo , usually for the Australian or Far East market and the code will only be available from your local Ford Dealer. These codes are not listed on the usual Ford UK/European/USA Dealer database
