Ford AU Radio Code

Hi there,

I'm stuck in a weird situation and need your help please.

I've replaced my battery recently and my radio is asking for a code (as expected), however when I entered the code on the card (genuine one with ford logo btw), it's saying "ERR". Visited a ford dealer and after lots of investigation they were unable to help either.

The serial number on the radio is 148643586500
