Can't find model of KA radio

Hi all

I've just bought a replacement radio for my wife's mk2 KA, and it's asking for a code. I can't find any model numbers that match anything here, or even a model name that gives any search results. I'd be grateful for any help.

On the side of the radio it says 'B420 LOW', '28223222' 'Made by Delphigrundig in Portugal' '036288' and '5220282232221918301759'

On the top it has 'HW VER: 28223222' '7354765220' 'C 150' 'SW: 17' 'Prod. date: 2709'

On the back it has 'Flat B420 Low (SW17)' '09120032818020'
