Can’t get serial number

Hello all,

I’ve tried getting the serial number by pressing 6 and 1 then releasing 6 but no luck. Any advice would be really appreciated.

It’s a Sony 6 cd unit on a MK3 2004 TDCi Mondeo.

The radio will have to be extracted from the dashboard
