Thank you so much for your reply,

Unfortunately I have not been able to unlock the radio. Either the code is wrong, or I'm inputting it the wrong way.
I have tried inputting the code and then pressing "Select". I have read somewhere, that instead of "select", I should press "5" until I hear a beep. I will try that later today, and come back with feedback.

Either way,
Thank you.

I have researched, and it's actually the "Select" button to hit after, either way I've tried holding down "5" with Both codes and none of them worked either. Is there any way those aren't the right codes?

Are there any other labels or any numbers stamped in the metal casing?

Hello!
Yes, there’s a top label with the L016794.
I’ll attach a photo.

I am afraid that if the codes already quoted, 7227 (or 7627), do not work then your radio has either been recoded in the past to a different number...or is faulty.

The only solutions are to take it into a Radio Decoding Service...or a replacement radio
