08 focus sat nav radio code

Literally can't find this code anywhere please help
Even ford can't it's been two week since they took my 20 quid for nothing

Serial number is

This is a Blaupunkt radio fitted in the Ford so the Serial Numbers are in different format to the M & V series (made by Visteon and Sony )

Remove the radio from the dashboard and post ALL the letters and numbers found on a label on the casing
