Hi,
I have this problem with the loop, each time the vehicle is started.
This can be very quick and sometimes last up to 10 minutes.
Have you seen this before? I'm looking for a solution.

Sorry...no.

The only suggestion I can make is to remove the fuse or disconnect the battery for 10 minutes....then reconnect

Make sure you have the correct code though before you try it.

already removed the battery during the night and nothing.

Update :

I come back to give news about my problem with my Denso Gps every time the car is started. It would loop from 10/15 seconds to several minutes before functioning properly, but at each stop it did the same thing again.

I found a video showing how to remove the bluetooth module which is responsible for this problem:

This morning I tried to do it, it took me barely 10 minutes, the time to do it quietly avoiding breaking a clip (there are several)
Here is the photo of the culprit:

It is he who causes the Gps to crash when starting up. Once removed and after several tries, the whole Gps / Audio system works perfectly.
Just find another module to replace it and find the function of the telephone and voice control of the vehicle.

thanks to the people who tried to help me find a solution and I hope that with this explanation I could help those who have the same problem.
