my radio is not working,?his asking for a 4 digit security code.my car is model 2006 ford focus SERIES 5DRS 2L.Can you pls help me pls..my head unit serial no is 282971730931..

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

Got a new battery and didn't get given the code when we bought the car secondhand. Could someone please provide me the code for radio serial number M086308?
