CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE. I HAVE ENTERD THE RADIO CODE WRONG 15 TIMES AND NOW IT WONT LET ME ENTER CODE CAUSE I CANT PUT THE NUMBER I. THE RADIO ONLY SHOWS ME ENTER THE CODE AND ON THE SIDE 15 BUT I CANT PUT IN THE DIGITS.

Too many wrong codes....Your radio can now only be reset by a Radio Decoding Service

Hi, I have just brought a Ford Focus 09plate and have a 6000cd radio, how do I sync my iPhone when it keeps saying mute and what's the code for the radio? Can't find serial number but when I put 1-6 key in I get:

FORD V SERIAL NUMBER CODES

If your radio has the Ford V Serial Number ( and you have checked the small free database at the top /1st message of this Forum ) then it will not normally be available for free as access is required to the Ford factory database (unless you can blag it for free from Ford)

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing
