Hello please my serial is M002956. Can I have the pin of my de so sat nav. Change battery and now I am stuck.

I know my code I think it the 6799 on my M002956 but now it asking for the pin now I don’t know what to do please anyone can help me?

6799 is the correct code for M002956
Are there any other labels anywhere?
You could try the default code 0000 to see if that works

I tried that as well but nothing... I am really confused. Cause it was supposed to work... now I unplugged the battery and will put it back in an hour to see if the unit reset itself

I do not recognise that Serial Number format
The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code
It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321
Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number
Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing
Radio removal instructions can be found here..... or search YouTube for a video
