FORD V SERIAL NUMBER CODES
If your radio has the Ford V Serial Number
( and you have checked the small free database at the top /1st message of this Forum ) then it will not normally be available for free as access is required to the Ford factory database (unless you can blag it for free from Ford)

hi i have a 6000cd on a 2004 mondeo but when i try the 6 and 1 method it goes through a few screens but no serial. can anyone help?

The radio will have to be
removed from the dashboard .
Post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing
