Hi 3484 locked me out for half hour how do enter the 3 digit code after?

Hello guys
Can you please tell me if you think that I have got the serial number in the correct format? and also please if you can help me to get the code I would really appreciate. It is for my Ford Mondeo 2006 Model. I have been advised to press button 1 and 6 together and the below numbers came up. I am assuming the serial number is the last one which startS with ACU.

FORD SONY 6 CD PLAYER RADIO

SW 6.1.4
CD SW 01.09.02
BEZEL SW 1.1
ACU CFG 830238

3484 locked me out twice and it needs a 4 digit number any ideas?

3484 has been checked and is the correct code for the quoted Serial Number C830238

If you are not driving but just sitting in your car then the radio switches off automatically in 1 hour

If you are driving then the radio remains on until the car stops and ignition switched off
