Could somebody please help to generate a code for serial number M036853, I've replaced the battery and the original key code no longer works

Thanks red rooster but that's the same as the code I have I guess they have put the incorrect serial number on the audio booklet

Make sure you are quoting the correct Serial Number as any numbers found in car documents , audio guides etc. are often incorrect.

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321
