Hi

I have a Ford Galaxy 2002 where the radio has been disconnected, and we cannot find the serial number. Pressing 6 and 2 or 6 and 1 has not worked, and we cannot find it on the ashtray either. Does anyone know where else we could look?
I don't know what type of radio it is, but I have attached a photo of it. - Thanks in advance

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

FORD V SERIAL NUMBER CODES

Sorry-----Your code is NOT in the small, free database

If your radio has the Ford V Serial Number then it will not normally be available for free as access is required to the Ford factory database (unless you can blag it for free from Ford)
