I have a 08 KA with a 6000 aux cd rds e-o-n it only has 5 buttons. Is it possible to get the serial number without removing it?

This serial number not on free database. You can solve this problem on 20 minutes ,cheap,fast and safe. Honest services:

FORD V SERIAL NUMBER CODES

Sorry-----Your code is NOT in the small, free database

If your radio has the Ford V Serial Number then it will not normally be available for free as access is required to the Ford factory database (unless you can blag it for free from Ford)

(You have to beware of dodgy Russian / Romanian sites offering cheap codes !)

Ford 6000 CD code was lost when the battery was changed. Serial number M004248 could br it.
