Obtaining 6000 CD Serial Number

I've got a 6000CD radio with a serial number C830238 - can anyone help with a radio code?

not sure but try code 5395

Once the unit has been turned on the display will show ' CODE - - - -'

Press preset [ 1 ] repeatedly for the first digit
Press preset [ 2 ] repeatedly for the second digit
Press preset [ 3 ] repeatedly for the third digit
Press preset [ 4 ] repeatedly for the fourth digit

To save the code press the [ 5 ] key to accept.

The set should now operate

Hi there!
I had to remove my battery and know radio code is being asked on my display.
I´ve removed the radio and copied the two labels (top and bottom). funny thing is the serial nº doesn't begin with a "M" as many others have posted here, but with a "V".
Can anyone help???

Ford V Serial codes are not usually available for free from anywhere on the Internet (unless you can blag it for free from Ford) as access is required to the Ford factory database( via a Ford Dealer)...which is not commercially available as software.

like i said i wasn't sure about the serial starting with C don't put the code in multiple times or the unit will lock you out.
you can get C serial code of ebay for 99p

also the unit could have been re-coded
