Could someone help me? My car is an old Ford Ranger with a Visteon CDR 4600 player made in 30 April 1999, YS6F-18C815-CA and it's code is B14M002368. I don't know if I should discard the B14 and say it's serial number is M002368.

You could try 7211 based on that serial.
