I have a 6000 cd in my fiesta. When I try to recover the serial number by pressing 1 & 6 I get the following info.
50 7000 12
And below that 255 in smaller digits
Then 07--02--00 appears
Is any of the numbers the serial number? I don't get any numbers that begins with an M like everyone else!!
what am I doing wrong??
Please help!

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number
Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing
Radio removal instructions can be found here..... or search YouTube for a video

Sorry....we cannot supply a radio code using the VIN
The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a Ford code
It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321
Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Ok, i did diagnostic, there was:
Module: ACM
Type: optional equipment module
Module information: 00011DAD
Vehicle Incode: 000051C5
Perfix Number: 3M5T 18C815 BE
is this enough or i should take radio off to see code?
