Hi I am wondering if anyone could help I have just had a new battery on my ford smax and now the radio needs a code the serial number for the radio is C7E3A053488177 and the model is 7S7T18493

The serial number shows as 50701490 On the radio....any ideas about a code?

I do not recognise the Serial Number quoted...so it looks as though the radio will have to be removed from the dashboard

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

Hi all. I can't get my stereo out my mondeo. It's an 05 plate st 2.2 with the standard Sony 6cd changer. I had my batter changed now it's asking for a code. Help anyone please

Sorry-----Your code is NOT in the small, free database

Ford V Serial Number codes require someone with access to the Ford factory database.
