Free Ford Radio Code Forum

Hi, got the code issue. code in book is wrong and when i do the button 6 and 1 I get a sequence without the code. According to the little card in teh book the serial code is v070372. I use bluetooth and its a right pain at moment.
Can anyone help please?? Off to London at 5am tomorrow and would like some radio to keep me awake.

The chances are that V070372 on the card is the wrong Serial Number. The radio will have to be removed from the dashboard.

If your radio has the Ford V Serial Number then it will not normally be available for free as access is required to the Ford factory database (unless you can blag it for free from Ford)

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a Ford code

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing
