are you sure it starts with letter C these are usually 3 or 4 digits only

I think I get it wrong- I have pressed 1and6 at the time
and this is what I get, I tried again and the numbers
began with letter M are M023117 if this isn't correct
I gonna have to take my radio out, dont know how to do it ... :/

it should display a 6 digit number with letter M or V other way to find the serial is to take radio out the number will be on the unit
