Having a Ford Smax 2014 with radio HS MCA2 BM2T18K931EK C7E3F0937E2848245 code 5193 in service book
(maybe code is wrong if radio is updated sometime)

Battery has been apart and now no response with no underscore for keying in code numbers.

What exactly to do for opening it?

Local Ford garage have no interest in helping me without a bill...

Appreciate any help.

5193 is the correct code for that serial
if you are entering the code correctly then maybe it has been changed and you will need to read eeprom dump file to get code
