Hi i've just changed the battery on my focus diesel estate 2002 i have the code for the radio 4817 but it doesn't work- its locked me out for 30 minutes twice! I have 5 more attempts but cant see any numbers on the back of the stereo faschia, any ideas? cheers Rach

hi my alternator was changed the other day and obv battery was taken out and i cant get radio to work i pressed 6&1 to get serial number but it doesnt start with an m?
This came up on the screen : FDC2004M091771
Can anyone help me please the silence is not golden lol

Removed the harness to install the aux-in connector and now it needs a code,
serial # M142313

FORD V SERIAL NUMBER CODES
If your radio has the Ford V Serial Number then it will not normally be available for free as access is required to the Ford factory database (unless you can blag it for free from Ford)
