I've got LOCK10 and I've tried the trick holding 6&1, but I'm not getting something that looks like a serial number. The screen rotates through 3 displays:
1. 50702000
2. DP MV SH with 255 in small numbers at the bottom
3. 09-00-00 with Cd in small letters at the bottom
Which one is the serial number? If it's decipherable, what's the code?

LOCK10 is reset by pressing Button 6 ( only )for 10 seconds.
It should reset to display CODE - - - -
You now have just 3 more attempts to enter the correct code before it fully locks up.
Pressing buttons 6 and 1 SOMETIMES displays the Serial Number.
If it does NOT then the radio must be removed from the dashboard to find the Serial Number printed on the label.

Wow, thank you so much. It worked, however, the speakers don't and the cd doesn't work!

check the plugs and leads at the rear are fully pushed into the sockets

LOCK10
To reset LOCK 10 press Preset Button 6 for 10 seconds and the display should reset to CODE ---- this gives 3 more attempts before it fully locks up...so make sure you have the CORRECT code.
LOCK13
LOCK13 means too many wrong codes have been entered.
It can now ONLY be reset by taking it into a Radio Decoding Workshop.
There are no free solutions on the Internet
