Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number
Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

Today I removed the unit with DIY release hooks I made from a coat hanger
the code was written on top of the unit

LOCK13 means 13 or more wrong codes have been entered previously .
Your radio is now fully LOCKED and can only be reset by taking it into a Radio Decoding Service.(and paying )
There are NO FREE SOLUTIONS on the Internet for LOCK13
