Hi All,
Having some problems i was hoping maybe you could help with.
I changed the battery in my car and now i need a radio code.
For some strange reason my radio has been glued in and i can't remove it. I have managed to do the 6 and 1 thing and figured out my serial number is V063700.
I just paid £30 for an unlocking code and it didn't work.
I don't suppose anybody would know the code for the serial number?
Thanks

Re: Ford Mondeo Code
If you have already paid for a code and it doesn't work then make sure you are quoting the correct Serial Number as any numbers found in car documents , audio guides etc. are often incorrect.fionau1125 wrote:Hi All,

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number
Otherwise the radio will have to be removed from the dashboard ( it won't be glued in !!)and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing
Radio removal instructions can be found here

FORD V SERIAL NUMBER CODES
If your radio has the Ford V Serial Number then it will not normally be available for free as access is required to the Ford factory database (unless you can blag it for free from Ford)
