ford radio code for 5000 radio serial m351058

Could someone help please. I have a ford radio 5000 with the serial number m351058 and I have tried to download the software to find my radio code but can not manage it. I would really appreciate it if somebody would help me. Thanx in advance

M351058 code is 4917
