Hi there, thanks for letting me join the forum. It looks like the A/L/C code generator is no longer available (broken error 404 when you use the link), could anyone decode the above for me please?

either 681 for a three digit code or 9281 if it's a four digit code

Hi, I also have a serial number of V091335 and don't know the code! If anyone could help me that would be great!

Sorry-----Your code is NOT in the free database
FORD V SERIAL NUMBER CODES
If your radio has the Ford V Serial Number
( and you have checked the small free database at the top /1st message of this Forum ) then it will not normally be available for free as access is required to the Ford factory database (unless you can blag it for free from Ford)
