Code please for V serial number

Hello my battery had to be replaced on Friday and I now need a code for my radio. I was assured this would be written on it next the serial number by my dealer. I purchased the tool but the code wasn't there.
The Serial number is V024509. Please can someone help.

FORD V SERIAL NUMBER CODES
Sorry-----Your code is NOT in the small, free database
If your radio has the Ford V Serial Number then it will not normally be available for free as access is required to the Ford factory database (unless you can blag it for free from Ford)
