Ford 6000 CD serial number M293072. Can I get the code for this please .

Hi Just registered as having an issue with my Ford 6000 CD radio code. I have pressed the 1-6 buttons and have had 3 screens showing numbers but nothing with an M which looks usual for the serial number. I am getting three screens showing the following:
CD132 02-03-18D,C
C 830238 SA 811000
MAY 5 2005
Tried another method and I think my M code is M027820 --- Been on a site to recover code and it gave me 5888 can anyone confirm this???
No idea if any of this is a serial number? Could someone please assist and perhaps provide advice and a code for my radio.
