Good afternoon.The problem occurred after loading the CD ,the disc stayed inside on the eject button there is no response, only the buzz.Appears the CD drive is locked, contact your dealer.The device itself offers to enter the password to unlock the CD but the existing radio code does not fit there.Can someone help me serial number C7E3A058088180336 Assembly number 7 612 300 580 Thank you!

Yes this is the main code to unlock the radio , I have it.but to unlock the CD it is not suitable...

are there any Serial Numbers on the CD player casing?
I believe normally the CD player works using the main radio code but if you have jammed the CD mechanism with a CD then that will have to be fully released.
Try using an old credit card to ease it out whilst pressing the eject button.

I did not disassemble the radio on it I do not know whether there is a serial number.He requested the code to unlock the CD changer, so we are not talking about mechanical jamming.Turned to the dealer code provided 1002 lock was removed ,the disk came out.Works in the same mode.Thank you for your participation in solving my problem.

we can only calculate codes providing we are given the Serial Number and we have the relevant software.
The dealer may be able to obtain the original code details from the Ford factory ETIS vehicle database which we do not have access to
