Hi,
Please may I have a radio code for a C Serial Number.
The serial number as printed is: C7E3F0547B4076240
I believe that this means the 6 digit serial code is: C076240

This looks like a Ford Blaupunkt Travel Pilot and perhaps not a Cxxxxxxx Serial Number unit

If it is then there should also be a Model Number beginning 7 612 3xx xxx so please post this number

Hi all.
We have had a battery taken out and now no radio.
It is a Blaupunkt Travel Pilot. I'm attaching a photo of the radio taken out.
Is it possible to get a code from the picture, pretty please?

It's a 2005 Focus C-Max

One quick question, though - the wife tried once already to type something in there and by mistake we've pushed the enter button once so now we have a one last try before the system lock itself out. The question is - what does it mean that it locks itself out? Will I be able to start the car okay?

Yeah, and (as lieutenant Colombo used to say) one more thing - does the Travel Pilot type of the radio mean it's the type with the navigation in it? Because I went to the local Ford shop and they told me they'd have to send it to UK an it would cost me a 1000 bucks. Which is equivalent to 50 USD or 40 EUR or 35 GBP.

LOCKED only refers to the radio .. not the car

The normal reset for a locked radio ( assuming there have been no more than a few attempts using wrong codes ) is to leave it switched on without interruption until it automatically resets itself.

TravelPilot is just a name so does not mean it includes a Sat-Nav

Hmm, and would it change something in regards to the code you just gave me if I indeed have a radio with navigation? At least that's what the good gentleman over at Ford told me.

I'll post a picture of the message it says when I get home to let you know what I meant. I think I said it wrong...
