6000 CD Radio Code

Hi, can anyone tell me the code for the below. Had a new battery fitted in my Focus and my 6000 CD radio needs a code. I press 1 & 6 together and the following comes up on the display;
06-02-06
CD_KW_8
30/11/2005
05-01-02
ALIGN
SWP1-6561
SWP2- -14CO44
SWP3- -AC
SWP4-

Hey, could someone please give me the code for my Ford 6000 CD radio, I'm getting V145045. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
