Make sure you are entering the code correctly and make sure the display shows CODE - - - - before entering the code



Ford Code Entry Instructions for most Ford radios

Once the unit has been turned on the display will show ' CODE - - - -'

Press preset [ 1 ] repeatedly for the first digit
Press preset [ 2 ] repeatedly for the second digit
Press preset [ 3 ] repeatedly for the third digit
Press preset [ 4 ] repeatedly for the fourth digit

To save/store the code press the [ 5 ] button

(note : sometimes it is the [ 6 ] or [< ] or [>] button that stores the code)

The set should now operate.

Thanks for verifieing the code. Im super sure that i havet enterd it correctly. The label also says
FD 600A 2
Is this equal to RDS 4000? Or could it be the wrong label?
