pressing buttons 1 and 6 the serial no may be 04 12 16 there were other numbers but I also had this bit written down in car handbook but no Code.
I remember leaving lights on a long time ago and a flat battery.

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

Radio removal instructions can be found here..... or search YouTube for a video

Excellent LABDANI. Just got message put it in and bingo music. I am so pleased had this car from new. It is in great condition and now with Radio it feels better. I will write your numbers down for future reference. ( I disconnected battery to reset engine warning icon. The reason for that is I forgot to re-connect air sensor after engine and filter change. Done oil change many times hmm)

Most of us come here in a spot of bother. Is so good there are folks like you and the above who are prepared to help us souls out.

Once again Many Thanks. hans
