Ford KA radio code

Hi there
I tried getting it via generator app,it gives me 5703 for serial M020950 but it is wrong
It is EON 5000rds

5073 is the correct code for M020950
Make sure this is the correct Serial Number by removing the radio from the dashboard and quoting the Serial Number on the label on the metal casing

I tried entering that code, but once i enter it - it just goes back to timer counting 30min before I can try again:((

CHECK THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE LABEL IS CORRECT

Below are the Code Entry Instructions
If you are entering the code correctly and pressing a button to store it...and it fails then your radio may have been recoded in the past.

Ford Code Entry Instructions for most Ford radios
Once the unit has been turned on the display will show ' CODE - - - -'
Press preset [ 1 ] repeatedly for the first digit
Press preset [ 2 ] repeatedly for the second digit
Press preset [ 3 ] repeatedly for the third digit
Press preset [ 4 ] repeatedly for the fourth digit
To save/store the code press the [ 5 ] key ....................... or sometimes it is [6] or [>]
The set should now operate.

And...is it possible to recode it again? Do i have to go to mechanic for that?

I doubt if it has been recoded because these M Serial Number codes have always been easy to obtain from the Serial Number
Make sure you are entering it correctly.
If you are sure that you are , then will have to be taken into a Radio Decoding Service to be decoded/recoded....again..
A car mechanic is unlikely to be able to decode/recode radios.
