Help, I need a radio code...

Hi everyone!

Just had my battery changed on my 05 Ford Focus, and it's asking for a radio code.

I got all the information from the different screens, but couldn't seem to get the radio out, so not sure if it has serial number or not. Hopefully, it's enough information.

From pressing 6+1, there were 5 'slides'.

1st slide: FDC2005M064962
2nd slide: C307 - 02 - 03 - 17 DLC
3rd slide: C8200 18 5A 81 1000
4th slide: showed the date
5th slide: 5JA CB 80 RW RL AR
