FORD V SERIAL NUMBER CODES

Sorry-----Your code is NOT in the small, free database

If your radio has the Ford V Serial Number then it will not normally be available for free as access is required to the Ford factory database (unless you can blag it for free from Ford)

Hi, newbie here. 2006 Ford Ka with a 6000 CD. Holding 1 & 6 displays number 50702201.
Can anyone help with the unlock code please?
Many thanks.

I do not recognise that Serial Number

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a Ford code

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

Radio removal instructions can be found here or search YouTube

Note: The extractors are available on Ebay ...cheap !

Thanks for the prompt reply. The 1 & 6 buttons only displayed that number and then a date format, no code beginning M. I will try the 6 & 2 trick before pulling the radio.
Cheers.
