The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing

Hi RR
I fitted a used Cd6000 some months ago and entered the code given and all went well. I had the battery disconnected at the weekend and when I re enter that code it does not accept it . I'm onto my fourth attempt now.
The Serial Number is M182095 and the code I have is 5525 .
can you confirm this for me ?
Many thanks .
Don

5225 is the correct code for M182095...........but where did you find the Serial Number ?

Make sure you are quoting the correct Serial Number as any numbers found in car documents , audio guides etc. are often incorrect.

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing
