Obtaining 6000 CD Serial Number

I have an issue ford radio 6000 CD serial number M059901 my car battery was dead I had the code 4220 which intered but doesn't match.. Is there any other possibility that the code doest work. I would gladly be thankful any kind of help.

4220 is correct so make sure you are quoting the correct Serial Number M059901 which is the one that is printed on the label of the metal casing

The correct radio SERIAL NUMBER is required for a code

It usually begins with M or V followed by SIX digits ...such as M654321 or V654321

Sometimes pressing buttons 6 & 1 together or 6 & 2 will display this number

Otherwise remove the radio from the dashboard and post the SERIAL NUMBER found on a label on the casing
